How the limits work
A limit counts only logos that had to be drawn. An image that was made before is served from a cache, and cached images do not count against any limit. A logo with a seed is always the same image, so a page that shows the same logos over and over mostly hits the cache.
The numbers are ceilings, not promises of speed. One server draws the logos for everyone, so a limit says the most one account may take. When the server is busy, requests without a plan wait first and paid plans keep their place. On logolava.com's own pages, such as the Logo Maker and the home page, free visitors get a separate, larger allowance, listed in the table above. The limits page has every number and the size limits of one request.
An AI brief is the list of design directions Claude Haiku writes for one name, three of them for a new name. It is made once per name and kept, so asking for the same name again is free. An AI drawn mark is a symbol the model draws itself instead of picking one from the library, and a paid plan includes a monthly number of them. Every free account can try 5, once.
Allowances and packs
Brand kits, bulk logos and AI drawn marks come as monthly allowances. A month starts on the day your plan started and runs to the same day of the next month, for monthly and yearly plans alike. A yearly plan gets the same allowance each month, not twelve months at once. Allowances do not carry over.
If you need more in a month, add a pack from your account page. A pack is a one-time payment, only while you have a plan: 10 brand kits for USD 15, 1,000 bulk logos for USD 15 or 500 AI drawn marks for USD 10. A pack is used after your monthly allowance and lasts 12 months, or until your plan ends.
If you need one kit and nothing else, a single brand kit costs USD 29, with no plan. It makes one kit of one logo, and the files are licensed for good, like everything the free product makes.
Changing plans
An upgrade starts at once and gives you the new plan's allowance from that moment, keeping what you have already used this month. A downgrade starts when the period you paid for ends, so an allowance never shrinks in the middle of a month. You can change plans, update your card and cancel from Manage billing on your account page.
Owning your logos
A logo you make with the free Logo Maker or the free API is yours to use for anything, commercial work included, with no credit and no fee. That grant does not end. Files made with paid-only features follow the rule in the next section.
When a plan ends
When a plan ends, the paid features stop. Allowances stop. Addresses that draw private designs or AI marks stop drawing and show a notice that the plan has ended, and this happens within an hour. Kit and bulk downloads are deleted 7 days after they are made. Files you already downloaded stay on your disk.
Files made with paid-only features (private designs, AI drawn marks, brand kit files and bulk jobs) may be used while your plan is active and for 30 days after it ends. To keep using them after that, keep or restart a plan. Everything the free product makes stays under the free licence for good, and a brand kit bought on its own is licensed for good. The account page shows the date when a plan is ending, and we send no email about it. The full wording is in section 6b of the terms.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time, from your account page or by writing to support@logolava.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it ends, and you are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee. Every charge sends you a receipt. We may end a paid plan if it is used against these terms; if we end one for any other reason, we refund the unused part.
Refunds
All payments are final. We do not give refunds, including for unused time or a part of a billing period, except where the law requires one. If you were charged twice, or charged when you should not have been, write to support@logolava.com and we will correct it. These rules are also in the terms of service.
Taxes
Prices do not include sales tax or VAT. Where the law requires it, tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Payments and security
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. Charges appear on your statement as LOGOLAVA.COM. By buying, you agree to the terms of service, and the privacy policy says what Stripe and Logo Lava each keep.
