Same name, same logo, every time
Every logo on this site has a seed, a number that fixes each choice the generator makes. Give Logo Lava the same name, the same settings and the same seed and you get the identical image, today or in a year, from this page or from your own code. That makes a logo easy to share as a link and easy to keep as a stable placeholder in an app.
These six are made-up names for made-up businesses. Click any of them to open it in the logo maker.

What you can change
Logo Lava draws from 134 font families, 311 color palettes and 1,068 symbols in 65 families. In the logo maker you can pin any of them and leave the rest to chance, bring your own brand colors, choose a layout (horizontal, stacked, wordmark, emblem, badge, monogram or icon), and pick a background from flat color to mesh gradient to transparent. Images go up to 2048 pixels a side, at up to 4x.
Logos made here are free for any use, personal or commercial, with no credit needed. Logo Lava does not check trademarks, so checking a name is up to you. Logos are not exclusive either: the same name, settings and seed make the same logo for anyone. The exact wording is in the terms.
For developers
A logo is a URL
Edit any of these three and the logo beside it redraws. The last one asks an AI to art direct the design, so it waits for Enter and starts at most one new design every 30 seconds.
